Prepare Your Parcel
Place the items in their original reusable packaging or a secure alternative, ensuring all tags are still attached and the product is in its original condition.
Generate Shipping Label
Choose your preferred courier method through the portal to receive a pre-paid QR code or printable shipping label for a flat-rate fee.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 working days to your original payment method.
